Common questions

Do you handle permits?

We'll tell you what your municipality requires and can coordinate with your builder on documentation.

What happens to the wood?

Chipped on site, hauled away, or stacked for firewood — whichever you prefer.

What drives the price of a lot clearing job?

Acreage, density of brush, tree sizes, slope and access for equipment, and how much material has to be hauled off versus chipped on site.

How far out do you schedule?

Clearing jobs are usually booked one to three weeks out depending on equipment availability, and we coordinate the start date around your builder's schedule.

What should I expect on site?

A walk-through to confirm keep/remove markings, staging of equipment at the access point, active work zones kept clear, and a final grade-ready sweep before we leave.
